ActionTO is a grassroots organization committed to making Toronto’s governing bodies truly reflective of its diverse population.

Within the expansive framework of the City Of Toronto Act, ActionTO shall push for reforms of Toronto’s governance model to meet that objective. It shall seek to diffuse decision making within the city to the community level, and in so doing, seek to encourage greater participation in the democratic process.
